Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Purple Star Studios' services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Purple Star Studios provides film production, music production, photography, DJ services, content creation, and distribution services. All services are subject to availability and may require separate agreements for specific projects.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual project requirements, scope changes, and additional services requested. A formal agreement or contract will be provided before any work begins.
User Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account and to update it as needed. You may delete your account at any time through the app's user menu. Account deletion is permanent and will remove your profile, uploaded content, and dashboard access.
User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content you upload to our platform, including photos, videos, audio files, and text. By uploading content, you represent that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you grant Purple Star Studios a license to display and use that content within the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Payment Terms
Payment terms vary by service type and project scope. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required to begin work, with final payment due upon completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Purple Star Studios retains all intellectual property rights to work product created. Clients receive usage rights as specified in their service agreement. Portfolio usage rights for Purple Star Studios are retained unless explicitly waived.
Revisions and Changes
Revision policies vary by service type. Standard packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation policies depend on project status and work completed. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun. Please review your specific service agreement for detailed cancellation terms.
SMS/Text Message and WhatsApp Communications
By checking the SMS opt-in checkbox on our forms, you provide prior express written consent to receive automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp messages from Purple Star Studios LLC at the phone number you provide.
- Message Frequency: Varies based on campaign activity. You may receive anywhere from 1-4 messages per month.
- Message & Data Rates: Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your mobile provider.
- Opt-Out (STOP): You can unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and will be removed from our SMS list within 24 hours.
- Help (HELP): Reply HELP to any message for assistance or information about our SMS program.
- No Purchase Required: Opting in to SMS communications is not required to purchase any goods or services from Purple Star Studios.
- TCPA Compliance: This SMS program complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and related FCC regulations.

Limitation of Liability
Purple Star Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in South Florida.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
